Jamey’s goal is to ensure your investment is well cared for by minimising vacancies, attracting the right calibre of tenant, screening potential tenants and negotiating suitable lease contracts.  Her role involves interacting with many people on a daily basis. She is able to relate to each, communicate with and understand them responding to their issues with sensitivity, resulting in lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
