Kylie has been bringing a fresh, positive and insightful perspective to her role as Business Development Manager/Leasing Agent at Ray White Carina since 1997. Drawing on over two decades of experience she has a refined understanding of what it takes to build meaningful relationships and achieve comprehensible outcomes for her new and existing clients.
She is adept at minimising vacancies, attracting the right calibre of tenant, screening potential occupants and negotiating suitable lease contracts on her client’s behalf.
Kylie consistently gets the results her clients are looking for and always delivers what she promises. She is fully committed to negotiating the best possible outcome for you, her client, and not the easiest and quickest outcome to secure a tenancy.
While Kylie is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much an empathetic, pragmatic, friendly and personable partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.
She believes every successful relationship is founded on a high degree of patience, honesty, integrity and clarity – qualities that clients have grown to deeply appreciate when working with Kylie resulting in her achieving national Property Manager of the Year in 2017.
