Tracey Kington takes the demanding positions of Office Manager and Chief Financial Officer in her stride.  With 20 years’ real estate experience on both sides of the Brisbane River, Tracey has developed a calm and organised approach to her role.

From dealing with property contracts and settlements to the payment of accounts, Tracey strives to make all financial transactions easy for clients, contractors and agents.  And, having worked with Principal Andrew Mcsweeny over many years, she appreciates how best to ensure the efficiency of his business.
